international orders


We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. We are responsible for the shipping. Allow 7-10 working days from the date of shipment. They offer you the tracking number once your order. Delays can occur until March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs in September. Make sure you give us your address and shipping, we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided.

cancellations


If you wish to cancel your order you must send it directly. 25% cancellation fee will apply. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of order. At the same time, orders can not be canceled online.

If you are not happy to find out the reason, once with your purchase, you give us the order and we will be happy to help you exchange or return the product.

Once we receive your return, can be up to seven days to complete your return. And all costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

To return an item, please email us in advance and ask why. We further instructions.

The products must be returned within 8 days of receipt - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. It will be credited to the payment restocking / processing 25% VAT. All shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the consumer.

The refund will be by credit card or other payment and can be handled after we got the returned goods, the tracking number.
